restaurant & food, st. moritz Ui Cusch

A fantastic place. Here I tasted the best "pizzoccheri" in my life. Come here in winter during the evening, the street arriving to Ui Cusch is marvellous!

Fa-bu-lous! This is my favourite restaurant in Engadina. Placed in a wonderful mountain chalet in the wood with a excellent cuisine from Valtellina (a North Italian region) and a very kind service, this restaurant it's also quite cheap. For a great dinner you'll spend around 25-30 euro each. In the menu there's a huge choice of typical dishes (pizzoccheri, sciatt, gnocchetti, charcoal cooked meat, skewers, etc), all delicious, I swear! Don't forget to call in advance to book a table and remember they don't accept any credit card.

restaurant & food, st. moritz Chasellas-Suvretta

Traditional restaurant with a beautiful terrace outside and a pleasant room inside. The Glühwein (vin brulé) is tasty, the weiss beer and the Calanda (local lager beer) are good and cheap. If you come here at lunch have a wienerschnitzel (very good!) or a bratwurst with pommes frites or roesti and then you'll be ready to sleep seated at the sun or jump on your snowboard to ride again! The restaurant it's in a perfect location just in front of the sky-lifts and very close to the parking with a wonderful view on the mountains, reason why it's a little bit pricy. For 2 glühwein, a big bottle of weiss beer, a wienerschnitzel with pommes frites and a Engadin wurst with pommes frites we spent 90 CHF (around 60 euro).

A beautiful terrace overlooking the St. Moritz lake, in winter you can stay outside, drink a cold beer and have a fantastic Bratwurst mit pomme frittes. You can choose between self-service and catered restaurant.

A wonderful place to stop after a skiing session ;-). In winter you can sit outside on the terrace where you'll also be able to rent a deck-chair to relax. Good roasted bratwurstel, beer and perfect cakes.

The oldest bakery / patisserie in St. Moritz. Come here to taste their bread, croissants and cakes.
