An excellent "Crotto" where you can eat tipical Valtellinese cuisine with pizzoccheri, hot stone grilled meat "pioda" and local cheeses. Prices are low (around 15-20 euro each).
One of the cheapest Crotto in Valchiavenna where you can eat good food such as sausages and "costine" cooked on an iron hot stone, as the tradition suggests.
Great place. The meat is grilled over a hot stone (piota) and potatoes are fantastic. Nice selection of local red wine and very low prices (you can eat with 10-15 Euro).
Nice Crotto in Valchiavenna with a very kind service and low prices. I had one of the best sausages of my life. Order the mix of "costine, salsicce e patate alla piota" and you won't regret it. One of the owner of this crotto in Argentinian, therefor you can also order an unusual carne asada or an empanada. Why not?
