La Belle Aurore is a naif bar in a quiet district. Unlike the most part of the pubs and bars in Milan, here they don't almost serve any kind of free food during the aperitivo (happy hour) except some crisps and - only if you are lucky - some bruschetta (bread and tomatoes). By the way, I like La Belle Aurore, maybe cause there are only people around 30 years old and older and the atmosphere is funny but not noisy. Inside is very nice and it looks like a French bistrot; in summer and spring you can also enjoy your drink outside. If you are hungry taste the quiches or the yummy toasts. At lunch they serve a menu of the day that almost never change: mashed potatoes and roast, pasta with tomatoes and basil, a couple of soups (only in winter)...
